1. Scope of Work
The works involve exterior façade and window cleaning for villas, townhouses, and community buildings within
Masaar Community, Sharjah. Services include routine exterior glass/window cleaning (quarterly or scheduled),
façade washing using water-fed pole systems, and optional add-on services such as water tank cleaning and
exterior surface washing.
2. Resources & Equipment
• Water-fed pole system with reverse-osmosis purified water
• Extension poles and ladders (used only where safe and permitted)
• Eco-friendly cleaning solutions (where required)
• Personal protective equipment (PPE): harnesses, safety helmets, high-visibility vests, gloves, and non-slip
footwear
3. Sequence of Works
1. Pre-site inspection – confirm access, risks, and client requirements.
2. Setup – cordon off work area with safety signage and barriers.
3. Cleaning process Apply purified water via pole-fed system, agitate with soft-bristle brush, rinse down with
pure water.
4. Completion checks supervisors inspect and sign-off.
5. Site clearance – remove barriers, signage, and equipment.
4. Risk Control Measures
• All staff trained in working at height and safe use of ladders
• Harnesses used when working on elevated surfaces
